A peaceful get away place is pretty much a must on large properties. This gazebo was a distance away from the main home, but is a great place to get away. Closer to the home we installed 2 water features, using octagon shapes to match the gazebo and the rest of our clients gardens. You may be asking. Was the whole yard based on octagon or eight sided angles? Yes it was. Our client designed the yard herself. I was not sure at first how it was going to look, but she really did a good job. In fact we won another award from WALP for her landscape. In the photo below note also the header board for the yard is based on octagon shapes. The job was installed in 2000.

The next pergola we built was made in 2011. It was constructed with over sized cedar and painted.
