Sometimes just small changes can reshape a back yard into a usable and nice place to be. We just had a back yard renovation that resculpted the lawn making the beds bigger. We also constructed a paver patio most of which was over a existing concrete patio. We then added soil mix to create berms, tweeked their irrigation to have planter irrigation and lawn irrigation seperate. After that was completed we installed various trees and plantings. When that was finished we topped off with a dark hemlock topdress. The job completely changed their back yard into something I think, they will enjoy for a long time.
